Call for styled shoot
As I got myself familiar with photographers in the Tampa Area, I have seen a call for a styled shoot from Chelsea with Chelsea Porra Photography, and was ready to take the opportunity to work along side other photographers around the area!
As she brought us together to express her vision; April Showers, May Flowers. I had immediate excitement to be able to experience this.
During the shoot
This shoot has helped me have a better understanding of my camera settings, posing, and even just working alongside and around other fellow photographers. Our models were nice enough to ensure everyone had the shot as well when we required different poses. They also tried to make eye contact with everyone’s camera as well!
Takeaways
After shooting, culling, and editing I have gained a bit more confidence in a lot for photography. The biggest takeaway I had was just feeling a sense of community, which was what I felt was lost when I photographed in CO. This was such a great experience, and I absolutely loved meeting, connecting, and working alongside fellow photographers in my area.
